Astigmatism
Usually caused by an irregular cornea, astigmatism causes blur at all distances.

Double Vision (Diplopia)
Seeing two images of a single object. They may be side by side, above and below, diagonal, or rotated in relation to each other.

Farsightedness (Hyperopia)
Farsighted people can have poor near vision or blurred vision at all distances.

Lazy Eye (Amblyopia)
The loss or lack of development of clear vision in just one eye. It is not due to eye health problems and eyeglasses or contact lenses can't fully correct the reduced vision caused by lazy eye.

Nearsightedness (Myopia)
Nearsighted people can see fine up close, but distant objects are a blur.

Presbyopia
An age-related vision condition in which there is a gradual loss of the eye's ability to focus on near objects.
