Health and Wellness ....mmmm....... that IS a very broad category.

Our present health care system is presently being scrutinized, debated, and targeted for a major rework by doctors, scientists, and politicians. But one thing that can change is that we the individuals can take some responsibility for our own health. We as individuals must take a look at what we can do for ourselves. I believe that we must look at our Lifestyles. How do we go through our day-to-day routines? How do we eat, sleep, work and exercise? What do we do for recreation? What can we do to live a healthier life? In this section we will explore all of these topics together. Some ideas and practices may be simple, and some may be not so simple. Like not eating chocolate after every meal (a hereditary trait in my family)!
